OFFICE MANAGER

SOMERLEIGH COURT, DORCHESTER, DORSET

We are seeking a professional and experienced Office Manager to lead our busy front-of-house

Reception, Administration and Finance team at our retirement village and nursing home in Dorchester.

As the face of the business, the team are the first point of contact for residents and visitors and you

must therefore possess excellent customer service skills, together with:

  • Strong analytical skills and an aptitude for multi-tasking
  • Finance and account management experience
  • Budgetary planning and reporting experience
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • IT literate – in particular in the use of MS Excel and MS Office (Knowledge of SAGE an advantage)
  • Experience of Payroll and HR Management desirable
  • Supervisory experience essential (the role has 3 direct reports)

The role is 40 hours per week Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm. with occasional Sunday team

supervisory visits. Competitive Salary, dependent upon experience. Company Pension Scheme.

SALES NEGOTIATOR

SOMERLEIGH COURT, DORCHESTER, DORSET

We are seeking a Sales Negotiator to handle the sale of apartments at Somerleigh Court,

our delightful retirement village in the heart of Dorchester.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Handling enquiries
  • Conducting viewings
  • Securing reservations
  • Coordinating the conveyancing process and completion of sales
  • Arranging and hosting on-site marketing events

Applicants should be well organised, have excellent communication skills and a strong empathy

for helping older people. Experience of working in residential sales is required.

Working hours are 9am – 5pm, Tuesday to Saturday. Salary dependent upon experience.

Additional benefits include Sales Commission and Company Pension Scheme.
