David Hearn

Executive Chairman

David has over 35 years’ experience in senior executive roles in major international markets. In addition to his LCR/LRI directorships, David is Chairman of the a2 Milk Company, Lovat Partners Limited, Robin Partington & Partners Limited and Committed Capital Limited.

Cliff Cook

Director

Cliff has extensive international experience in the healthcare and retirement village sectors. His commitment to the industry led to him being Founder and Chairman of The Retirement Villages Association of New Zealand Inc. Cliff’s international industry involvement extends to Australia and the USA where he is recognised as an industry leader.

Greg Hinton

Director

Greg has many years in the CA environment specialising in finance, property and insolvency, with particular emphasis in property, aged care and entrepreneurial investments. He has an extensive understanding of the operational aspects of the aged care industry.

Andrew Edwards

Director

Andrew is Chief Executive Officer of NSI Management Limited, responsible for overseeing the group’s diverse business interests in aged care, property, industrial and technology sectors. Prior to joining NSI, Andrew spent 20 years in investment banking involved in M&A, equity and structured debt transactions in UK, New Zealand and Scandinavia.

Richard Davis

Director

Richard has been UK CEO since 2010 and prior to that was CEO of LCR in NZ. His 17 years industry experience also includes 7 years as Director of Sales & Marketing at Metlifecare. Since March 2014 he has been Chair of Associated Retirement Community Operators (ARCO) – the main body representing the retirement sector in the UK.

Craig Percy

Chief Operating Officer

Craig is responsible for sales and marketing day-to-day operations. Craig has 19 years’ experience gained in the retirement sector in the UK and New Zealand. In his role as General Manager of ElderCare NZ Ltd, he increased the business from one nursing home to 38 nursing homes, and retirement villages.

Neville Cook

Development Manager

Neville joined LCR NZ in 2009 with the remit of designing, planning and development of Remuera Rise. Prior to this, he was responsible for developing a £500m hotels and apartment project. In 2014, Neville moved to the UK, with a primary focus on Battersea Place and development of LCR’s UK pipeline.

Robin Waterer

General Counsel

Robin joined LCR in 2007. Previously he was Partner at Macfarlanes Solicitors specialising in corporate and commercial issues. Following nine years as Principal Legal Advisor to Community Hospitals Group PLC, Robin co-founded Bentleigh Cross Ltd and undertook the development of Somerleigh Court, which is now part of the LCR portfolio.
